Esotest

Esotest is a device for the esophageal temperature monitoring. Equipped with three high precision thermometers to be connected to the special oesophageal probe Esotherm, allows the measurement and visualization of the esophageal temperature on three different levels. During RF ablation of the left atrium is used for the prevention of the atrium-oesophageal fistula.

Esotherm

Esotherm is a 7 French oesophageal lead equipped with 5 olive-shaped electrodes in stainless steel: each of the three intermediate electrodes has a thermocouple for the independent detection of the temperature. Used with the Esotest device, is intended as a control of the oesophageal temperature during RF ablation of the left atrium for the prevention of the atrium-oesophageal fistula.
